We are concerned with bringing the mental health services to the under-served population thereby bridging the gap in service delivery between the adequately/fairly-served and the under-served populations. Forms of community psychiatric services include supported housing with full or partial supervision (including halfway houses), psychiatric wards of general hospitals (including partial hospitalization), local primary care medical services, day centres, community mental health centres, and self-help groups for mental health.
